WHEREAS, the appraised value of $250.00 on,Lot 37, Section 2, Saltair, has
been refused by owner, who is asking $500:00 for said lot, and
WHEREAS, the appraised value of $350.OO~for Lot 47, Section 2, Saltair, has
been refused by owner who is asking $1,000.00 far said lot.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED ,BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF"THE CITY OF,ALIANTIC
BEACH, 'FLORIDA, That:
The proposed sale price of owners of Lots 37 and 47, Saltair, Section 2,
be refused and that
The said owners be presented with final offer at appraised value, and if
not accepted, condemnation action will proceed.
Passed by the City Commision of the City of Atlantic Beach, Florida on
September 26, 1960.
