4~THEREAS, the land situate in the City of Atlantic Beach,
Duval County, Florida, and described upon tax assessment rall
of said County for the year lq ~'~ as :

Atlantic Beach {PBk 5-6q},
was in the year 1954 by the ,then owener, E. Gerry Adams,
dedicated (but not by recorded instrument) to the said Gity
as a public street and a part of the street in said City known
as Beach Avenue, and was in said year 1954 improved and paved,
and at all times thereafter has been used as a public street
of said City, and the legal title thereto is vested in said
City for use as a public street; ,
NOV~T THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Commission
of the City of Atlantic Beach that the Board bf County Com-
missioners of Duval County be and said Board is hereby requested
to cancel the tax assessment made upon the assessment roll of
said County for the year 1g57 against said land.
