Request for Side Setback Variance; Lot 841, Saltair Section 3; Roger Joseph Mr. Joseph, 4737 Dellwood Avenue, Jacksonville, stated that he proposed to construct a 32' x 32' office building on the property. He stated that the code provided for 10' side yards and that he proposed to have 13' on the east side and 5' on the west side. He noted that the adjacent building is built on a zero lot line and actually encroaches his lot by 4". There was a general discussion on the pervious concrete Mr. Joseph planned to use for the off street parking areas. The Board considered the Findings of Fact as established by the Code. Mrs. Kerber questioned whether number 4 of the Findings of Fact applied in this case. Chairman MacDonell felt that the adjacent building, constructed on the property line, created a hardship on Mr. Joseph. Mr. Howie motioned for approval of the request.
