'Chairman MacDonell asked for comments or corrections an the minutes of August 21, 1986. There being none, Mr. Howie motioned that they be approved as presented. Mr. Saes seconded the motion which carried unanimously. NEW BUSINESS Request for rear setback variance - Lot 4, Club Manor= 130 Club Drive by Lillian Balboni Allan Jeneen, Mre. Balboni'e representative, stated that Kra. Balboni and her eon rho ie disabled, are preparing to move from Mandarin to this home on Club Drive, and that she hoe orned the house since 1954. He stated that there presently ie a concrete patio rith a screened enclosure extending from it, and that the screened enclosure hee no floor and only encloses vegetation. rir. Jensen presented the Board with photographs of the existing structure. He stated that in renovating, they planned to enclose the concrete patio and extend the screen enclosure into the rear setback. He stated that the neighbors would not be effected end that they had no ob~ectione to the variance. Mr. White questioned rhether a variance ras necessary to construct the screen enclosure. After a brief discussion, Nr. Howie motioned to grant the variance provided the area not be occupied or roofed. Mre. White asked rhether the Board needed to set on the Comfort Inn variance request. It had been deferred from the previous meeting. The applicants rere not present and did not wish to pursue their request.
