Chairman MacDonell called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. He asked for
comments or corrections to be made to the minutes of May 15, 1986. There
being no corrections Mr. Howie motioned to accept the minutes as written,
Mr. Bass seconded the motion which carried unanimously.

NEW BUSINESS
A. Request for Variance; Lot 700, Saltair Section 3; 198 Sylvan Drive,
Teresa Downs. Rear yard set back approximately 18' .
Ms. Downs explained to the Board her reason for requesting the variance.
She told the Board that she would like to build a room addition and that
addition would extend into her rear set back by 2 feet. The Board reviewed
all the facts in the case and decided that because of the circumstances
involved that it would be a hardship to Ms. Downs if the variance was
denied. The Board addressed the Finding of Facts. Mr. Howie made a motion
to approve the request for variance, Mr. Bass seconded the motion which
carried unanimously.

There being no further business the meeting was adjourned at 7:17 p.m.
