a part hereof, and in accordance with the building regulations of

SIX INCHES IN DIAMETER UNLESS A TREE REMOVAL PERMIT HAS
BEEN ISSUED.
Inspection Schedule:

Requests for inspections will be accepted fromm 8:00 am
until 4:00 pm. All inspections will be made the following.
working day between 8:00 am and 4:00 pm.
In case of rejection, re-inspection must be called for after
corrections are made. There will be a $10. 00 charge for all
re-inspections, paid prior to the request for re-inspection.
Pour no concrete or cover up any work until the building
card is signed by the inspector. You will be required to
uncover any work that has not been inspected.

uPoll which any such repairs or restoration were made by the City or its

21. Prior to final acceptance of the utility and other public
facilities improvements by �he City the following req'uilrements must be
met at Developer's expense,
A. If the property is platted, oil,e copy of t.he recorded plat
shall be furnished to the City. '
B. "As built" drawings of utility improvement shall be
furnished one week prior to final illspeCtion. , "As built" drawings shall
be certified by a registered engineer with the cost being borne by the

Developer. Two mylar and three printed copies of said drawing shall be
furnished to City.
C. All lot carners shall be properly, marked so that utility
company or its eligilleer call, upoll receipt of "as built" drawings, verify
tile marked water and/or sewer services as to' locatioll and depth. I'l I

lilies and valves Developer or his contractor shall mark each service

17. Upon application by owners, builders or their authorized

without limitation, the periodic payment of the water usage mid sewer

18. This Agreement shall be binding upon alld . shall inure to tile
benefit of the Developer, City their successors and assigns.
However, ill the event the Developer has not paid and delivered to the
City the plant capacity mid service availability charges, fees and other
charges provided to be paid to tile City by Developer under the terms of
Jhis Agreement, and all casement and conveyances required by this
Agreement, theit this Agreement shall not inure to tile benefit of the
successors or assigns of the Developer.
19. It shall be the responsibility of. 'Developer to locate for
builders ally water and sewer taps or lines necessary lit conjunction with
residential or commercial construction.
20, Unless the damage to ally onsite improvem.ents are the result of
the negligence or willful act of tile City,- its officers, or employees or
authorized agents, tile owner or Developer -of such property upon which
the damage occurs shall �be responsible for the payinelit to the City of
