On March 27, 1995 1 wrote to your offices asking that any tax bills on the above
mentioned property be sent to me immediately. I have to this date received nothing, not
even an advisory regarding said property. On Mar. 27th, I also wrote to Don C. Ford,
the Building Official, asking for similar information regarding the property. I also have
yet to hear from that office.
I am prepared to pay whatever taxes are owed on the property, but I am unable to do so
because I have not received any tax bills since 1994.
My address is Edwina Moore, 10125 Palms Blvd., -4208, Los Angeles, CA 90034. 1 am
sending this letter Return Receipt Requested, and a cc to Mr. Ford, along with a copy of
the letter I sent nearly two months ago,because I am concerned about the property and
want to honor my obligations in a timely manner. Since I live in California, it Is
impossible for me to make regular visits to check on the lot. So it is imperative that I
receive tax bills or any information concerning the property in a timely manner.
Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter. I expect to hear from you in the very
near future.
