A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF ATLANTIC BEACH, FLORIDA
AUTHORIZING AN APPLICATION FOR A FLORIDA RECREATION
DEVELOPMENT ASSISTANCE PROGRAM GRANT
WHEREAS, the City of Atlantic Beach is interested in carrying our the following described
project for the enjoyment of the citizenry of Atlantic Beach and the State of Florida:
Project Title: Construction of Skateboard Facility
Total Estimated Cost $150,000
Brief Description of Project Construction of an approximately 8,000 square foot
skateboard facility
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Commission, City of Atlantic Beach
that the project described above is hereby authorized; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City of Atlantic Beach make application to the
Florida Recreation Development Assistance Program in the amount of 50% of the actual cost of the
project on behalf of said City of Atlantic Beach.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE City Commission of the City of Atlantic Beach at a legal
