Dear Don:
I am writing you today regarding the easement at the above address. As you know my
residence is located south of 302 Camelia Street, which is next door to the station.
According to the codes I understand I will need an additional 5' to utilize my property
possibly for a garage apartment under the new home I am planning to build towards the
end of this year or possibly 2002. If the city could donate 5' of the easement this would
allow my property to be accessible to plans regarding my new home.
Please check into this for me & let me know your thoughts. I am hoping the city will
work with me as I have worked with them over the 50 years I have been residing here at the
beaches. If there is anything additional that fleeds to be done. Please let me know so I can
follow up on this request. Thank you for your time& consideration into this matter.
