RESOLUTION N0.03-14
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF ATLANTIC BEACH, FLORIDA
RECOGNIZING THE SUCCESSFUL REDEVELOPMENT EFFORTS
OF ALAN E. DICKINSON AND THE NORTH BEACH CENTER
LOCATED AT 725 ATLANTIC BOULEVARD
WHEREAS, the Mayor and the City Commission have encouraged the redevelopment
of the Commercial Corridors within the City of Atlantic Beach in a manner that enhances the
aesthetic and physical appearance of these gateways into the City; enhances and retains
property values; promotes appropriate redevelopment of blighted areas; and which creates an
environment that is visually appealing; and
WHEREAS, redevelopment projects such as the NORTH BEACH CENTER
contribute positively to the economic future and general welfare of the City of Atlantic Beach.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, the City Commission of the City
of Atlantic Beach hereby recognizes the efforts of Alan E. Dickinson and the North
Beach Center for contributions to the economic vitality and the quality of the built
environment within the City, and eztends sincere thanks on behalf of the citizens
and the businesses of the City of Atlantic Beach.
