RESOLUTION N0.05-02
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF ATLANTIC BEACH,
FLORIDA, HONORING ROBERT LAWRENCE, OWNER
OF R.L. LAWRENCE CONSTRUCTION, FOR HIS PUBLIC
SERVICE TO THE CITY OF ATLANTIC BEACH
WHEREAS, Robert L. Lawrence has earned the affection of a host of area residents
who are proud to call him "friend", and his dedication to the best interests of the community has
won the high regard of the City Commission and citizens of Atlantic Beach; and
WHEREAS, Robert L. Lawrence has provided very responsive quality service in his
years as the primary concrete repair contractor for the City of Atlantic Beach, and has been a
valued and dedicated resident of the City for many years, giving generously of his time and
efforts for the betterment of the community through extensive and vital service with Beaches
Habitat, and
WHEREAS, the City Commission recognizes the valuable contributions Robert L.
Lawrence has made during his many years as the City's concrete contractor, and the important
role he has played in improving the quality of life in the City of Atlantic Beach through his work
on these projects.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED the City Commission of Atlantic Beach,
Florida, hereby expresses its deep appreciation for the contributions of Robert L. Lawrence,
and extends heartfelt gratitude on behalf of the citizens of Atlantic Beach and best wishes on the
occasion of his retirement.
