A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF ATLANTIC BEACH,FLORIDA
RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO.05-14,THE RESOLUTION
IMPOSING A MORATORIUM ON DMSIONSOF LAND,AND
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE
WHEREAS,the City Commission on December 12,2005,passed Resolution No,05-14,
which imposed a moratorium on quasi-judicial or legislative/administrative approval of divisions of
land in the City of Atlantic Beach,and
WHEREAS,recent legislation passed by the City Commission has changed certain zoning
classifications so that the public need for the moratorium no longer exists.
NOW THEREFORE,be it resolved by the City Commission of the City of Atlantic Beach as
follows:
Section 1.The moratorium on division of lands imposed by Resolution No.05-14 is hereby
rescinded.
Section 2.This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon its final passage and adoption.
