The Advisory Planning Hoard of Atlantic Beach, met February 20, 1964
at 7:30 in City Hall.

The meeting was called to order by Mr. Carroll West.
The minutes of the last meeting were read.
The Board studied the request for rezoning by Mr. W. S. Becham,
of the South Gate Industries, the property described in deed
book 1706-573, from Residence "D", to Business "B" and will
recommend to the commission this reouest be granted, subject to
business uses only.
We will further recommend to the commidkon that the land lying
westerly of Maynort Road, and bounded on the smith by Levy Road,
on the west by city limits , on north by Lewis Street, be rezoned
as recuired to provide an Industrial or restricted Business "B"
area.
The Board recommends the Committee of 100, of the Beaches Chamber
of Commerce, be advised of this rezoning and be provided with a
man of the City of Atlantic Beach, suitably marked to indicate all
areas zoned Business and Industrial.
There being* no further business the meeting adjourned.
