Vice Chairman, Robert Frohwein, called the meeting to order asked for approval of
the minutes from the meeting of March 19, 1996. Upon motion duly made and seconded
the minutes were approved.
NEW BUSINESS:
I. Application for Change in Zoning Classification from RG-3 to CG filed by Marcus
Prom for property located at the corner of Atlantic Boulevard and Mayport Road.
The Chairman read a letter from the applicant's attorney, Mark Pennington,
requesting that the application be deferred until such time as an application is filed for
amendment to the Comprehensive Plan to provide for the proposed commercial use.
II. The board discussed the proposed amendments to the Zoning Code of
Ordinances.
There being no further business to come before the board on motion duly made the
meeting was adjourned.
