The Advisory Planning Board of Atlantic Bench, met at a.

special meeting March 2, 1964, at 7:30 in City Hall.

The meeting was called to order by Carroll West. , •
The minutes of the last meeting were read.
The annlication for a building hermit by Mrs. B.R.Geraghty,
for the purpose of altering the two car garage on her property
at 511 Ocean Boulevard, into a cottage was studied, and the
Board feels;
1. It would be a fire hazard.
2. The existing garage is in violation of section
12 relating to secondary dwellings.
3. The Board feels that Mrs. Geraghty, should give
consideration to razing the existing garage and constructing
a new two bedr000m apartment dwelling consistent with city codes
and ordinances.
The Board therefore, because of reasons stated above will recommend
to the Commission, this renuest be denied.
There being no further business the meeting adjourned.
