The Advisory Planning Board of the City of Atl...ntic Beach, met
Wednesday March 20, 1963, at the City Hall at 7:30.
Present:
D. T. Stynchcomb, Chairman
Mabel Marvin, S4cretary
John Printon, City Manager
J.B. Claiborne , Commissioner
Absent:
Alan Potter
Carroll West
The plans for the Plaza, to be located at Atlantic Blvd. and
Penman Road, were accented as they conform to all reiuirements
that were recuested and also conform to the Southern Building
Code.
The new city park located on Plaza, was discussed.
The board agreed that a letter be sent to the commission
a proving their decision in the Fire & Police Chief issue.
Mr. Stynchcomb, asked what had been done about the rr'commendetion
of the board; that tempered glass be required in lair building,
which would cover new construction and replacements. Mr. Printon,
said it was delayed temporarily.
There being no further business the meeting adjourned.
