Vice Chairman Robert Frohwein called the meeting to order.
OLD BUSINESS:
I. Application for Use-by-Exception filed by Atlantic Beach Assembly of God to operate a
child care facility at property located at 680 Mayport Road.
Reverend Donnie Hutto introduced himself and presented a site plan to the board
reflecting the parking area for the facility as well as the fenced areas. He stated that the
church intends to comply with all state and local requirements. He stated that the state
requirements were included in a letter to the church which should have been attached to
the application.
After discussion, Mr. Wolfson moved to recommend to the City Commission that the use-
by-exception be granted as amended by limiting the number of children to 58. Mrs. Walker
seconded the motion and it was passed unanimously.
There being no further business to come befora the board on motion made the meeting
was adjourned.
