Walter Bell, 1919 Mayport Road, stated that he was the most immediate neighbor to the property and that he was opposed to the request. Mr. MacDonell stated that Driftwood Apartments back up to the Caring Kennel facility and that there had been no complaints of barking dogs. He added that there are duplexes behind Dr. Green's facility on Atlantic Boulevard and that there have been no complaints.
