Gentlemen:
The Advisory planning Board of the
City of Atlantic Beach, has studied the traffic
problem at the intersection of Penman Road and
Atlantic Boulevard, and recommend that the City
purchase and install there, one Mercury Vapor
Lamp, and ask the Neptune Beach Council to
authorize the purchase of a semilar light for
placement on the opposite corner.
