The advisory Planning Board of the City of Atlantic Beach, met
Anril 15, 1964 in City Hall , at 7::30.
Present;

The meeting was called to order by the Chairman Mr. Stvnchcomb.
The Minutes of the last meetinrr were read.
The Board discussed the renuest by Mr. Bill Donnell , to rezone
the property north of the Atlantic Beach Post Office, on Cavalla
Road, from "Residence A" , to "Residenc8 "B" , in order to build
dunlex and/or apartments.
Lot 12, Block 27 ,
Lots 1 through 11 , Block 16;
Lots 1 through 11, Block 26 ; and
Lot 29, Block 21.
This would provide a buffer zone between the shinning center and
the residential area and the Board will recommend to the Commission
this request be granted with the following two restrictions;
1 . They be renuired to close in drainake ditch
with adenuete culvert.
2. That only 2 story dunlex tyre structures be
built; one structure for each presently
Platted lot.
There being no further business the meeting adjourned.
