10-16-63 v The Advisory Planning Board of the City of Atlantic Beach, met
October 16th 1963, at 7:30 in City Hall .

The meeting was called to order by the chairman, Mr. Stynchcomb.
Minutes of the last meeting were read.
Mr. Tom Ellis, representing Mr. John Blow, of the Interstate Contracting
Company, reviewed the -clans submitted September 18th, for the Royal Palms
Shonning Center, located on Atlantic Boulevard between Royal Palms' Drive
and Sailfish Drive East.
Mr. Stynchcomb, asked that Mr. Ellis , nrovide us with a corrected letter
from Mr. Blow, concerning construction of water and sewer lines to serve
all buildings to be constructed. These lines would be paid for by the
Interstate Contracting Company.
Mr. Ellis , was requested to submit a letter stating all that Interstate
Constructing Commany, nroposed to accomplish.
The board will defer action until Interstate Contracting Compa4y, presents
letters requested.
There being no further business the meeting adjourned.
