Chairman Don Wolfson called the meeting to order and asked for approval of
the minutes from the meeting of May 21, 1996. Upon motion made and seconded the
minutes were approved.
NEW BUSINESS:
I. Application for Variance filed by Ben Davidowitz, owner of On The
Boulevard, to construct a storage building to a nonconforming structure at
property located at 403 Atlantic Boulevard.
Due to the absence of the applicant no action was taken and the matter tabled
until the next meeting.
The Board directed that a discussion item be included on the agenda for the next
regularly scheduled meeting regarding access at the end of Seminole Road for
emergency purposes to and from the Mayport Naval Base.
There being no further business to come before the board on motion duly made the
meeting meeting was adjourned.
