The meeting was called to order by Chairman Andresen who turned the
meeting over to Mr. Marvin Hill, Planning Consultant. Mr. Hill passed
out copies of a memorandum prepared by him entitled "Outline of Land
Development Code for Atlantic Beach." Mr. Hill explained the outline
in detail, discussed it at length with the Board and the Committee,
and the Board agreed that that it was the best possible procedure.
Mr. Hill was asked by the Board to continue along the outline and
advise when he was ready to set another meeting of the Board and the
Committee.
There being no further business, the Chairman declared the meeting
adjourned.
