Gentlemen:
Reference is made to request for re-zoning
of lots 30, 31, and 32, Section H, Atlantic Beach.
In regard to the request for change in zoning
from Business A to Business B to permit the selling
of mobile homes, we are asking that this request be
amended to change the usage under Section G of
Business Zone A to permit the sale of mobile homes
outside the confines of a structure or building.

Mayport Road, between Fourth & Fifth Streets,
in Duval County, Florida, and
Lease, J. Y. McNeill, trading and doing busi-
ness as Sunbeam Mobile Home Sales.
Gentlemen:
The writer is undertaking to rezone the captioned property
owned by him from Business "A" to Business "B" for the pur-
pose of lawfully permitting sales therefrom of mobile homes
and trailers for J. Y. McNeill.
The undersigned will have a proper petition to accomplish
the foregoing presented to the City Commission at its next
meeting, which I understand will be on Monday, May 4, 1964,
at 8:00 a. m.
During the pendency of my zoning petition I would respect-
fully request the Commission to extend to Mr. McNeill at his
present location every lawful consideration and forebearance
in connection with the unfortunate and unintentional zoning
squeeze in which he finds himself through no real fault of
his own.
