Chairman Don Wolfson called the meeting order motion made d asked and r seconded the

minutes from the meeting held on August
minutes were approved.
I. Application for Variance filed by Heywood Dowling on behalf of Mr. and Mrs.
David Hayes to enlarge an existing nonconforming residence located at 187 East Coast
Drive.
Heywood Dowling introduced himself to the board and thanked them for holding the
special meeting. He stated that he is the contractor for Mr. and Mrs. Hayes who desire to
increase the size of their nonconforming residence to construct a master bathroom. He
stated that the existing house was moved to the location from Avondale prior to the
adoption of current setback requirements. He stated the proposed addition would not
further encroach any required setback.
Pat Pillmore moved to grant the variance and Mr. McGowan seconded the motion.
Mr. Frohwein proposed to amend the motion

unanimously granted with the six months implementation stipulation.
There being no further business to come before the board on motion made the
meeting was adjourned.
