MINUTES OF THE CODE ENFORCEMENT BOARD MEETING
HELD AT CITY HALL ON DECEMBER 5, 1989 AT 7:30 P.M.
CALL TO ORDER: Present: George Bull, Jr. , Chairman
Heywood Dowling, Jr.
Mattie Freeman
Edward G. Martin
Herbert Moller

Jerome Strayve

1.A Approval of Minutes of September 5, 1989.
Mr. Salfer moved for approval of the minutes of September 5, 1989 as
written. The motion was seconded by Mrs. Freeman and carried unanimously.
1.B Approval of Minutes of June 6, 1989 meeting which were inadvertenly
overlooked at the September 5, 1989 meeting.
Mr. Strayve moved for approval of the minutes of June 6, 1989 as written.
The motion was seconded by Mr. Martin and carried unanimously.

4. Board Members Comments
Mr. Dowling questioned if the Code Enforcement Board would hear violations
of the new Tree Ordinance. Mr. Bull stated the Board would hear cases
relative to the Tree Ordinance.
Mrs. Moore reported the City Commission has approved a full time Code
Enforcement Officer in the 1990 budget. It would be up to the City Manager
as to who will take over the duties of Code Enforcement Officer.

There being no other business to come before the Board, Chairman Bull
declared the meeting adjourned at 7:50 p.m.
