a. UBE-2007-03, Landshark Cafe. Request for aUse-by-Exception in the Commercial General
Zoning District to allow on-site consumption of Alcoholic Beverages in association with an existing
restaurant (SRX special restaurant DABT license) located in the Atlantic Village shopping Center at
1013 Atlantic Boulevard.
b. Review and recommendation to the City Commission, acting as the City's Local Planning Agency, to
transmit the proposed Public Schools Facilities Element, which must be adopted into the
Comprehensive Plan by January O1, 2008 as required by 2005 Senate Bi11360.
c. 1tEZ-2007-02, Selva Marina Country Club, Inc. Review and recommendation to the City
Commission related to an application for change in zoning designation from Conservation (CON) to
Planned Unit Development (P1JD) for approximately 34 acres located at i 600 Selva Marina Drive.
The property is currently used as a golf course and country club. The proposed project is the
redevelopment of the Selva Marina Country Club facilities including up to 92 residential dwelling
units.
d. ZVAR 2007-05, Prideaug. Request for a Variance to reduce an existing side yard setback from 10-
feet to 1-foot to allow for the addition of an attached carport on asingle-family residence located
within the RS-1 Zoning District at 390 10th Street.
