Board Member Review Committee Meeting
January 4, 2Q05
CITY HALL, COM,~IISSION CHA;VIBERS, 800 SEI~IIYOLE ROAD
The meeting was called to order at 2:00 pm. 'Those members in attendance were Commissioner
Sylvia N. Simmons, City Manager Jim Hanson, City Clerk Donna L. Bussey and Community
Development Director Sonya Doerr.
City Manager Jim Hanson explained that the purpose of the meeting was to discuss and evaluate
two members of the Community Development Board for reappointment and to decide on a name
for this committee.
Community Development Director Sonya Doer expressed that Bob Frowein was unable to
attend since he was out of town but had spoke w him regarding his recommendation on the two
members, Lynn Drysdale and David MacInnes. It was explained that he supported the
reappointment of both members wfiose terms had expired.
Their attendance was discussed. Both members were reported to have good attendance.
Consensus was to recommend reappointing both Lyr-n Drysdale and David MacInnes to serve on
the Community Development Board.
The committee discussed a name for the committee. It was recommended that the committee be
called the Board Member Review Committee.
There being no other business, the meeting adjourned at 2:30 pm.
