REGULAR MEETING OF
TREE CONSERVATION BOARD
January 27, 2005
A regular meeting of the Tree Conservation Board was held on January 27, 2005 in the Adele
Grage Cultural Center. Present were Chair Maureen Shaughnessy, Jim McCue, Bill Permenter,
Building Official Don Ford and Recording Secretary Amber Lehman. Absent was Charles
Carroll.
1. Call to Order
The meeting was called to order at 7:00 p.m.
2. Recognition of Visitors
None
3. Approval of Minutes of the Meeting of December 21, 2004
A motion was made by Board Member Permenter, seconded by Board Member McCue, and
unanimously carried to approve the Minutes of December 21, 2004 with corrections to be made
to the motion.
4. New Business
A. Tree Removal Applications:
1. 77 19t" Street: Board Member Permenter motioned, seconded by Board Member
McCue, motion unanimously carried to instruct building official to issue a tree
removal permit to relocate two palms onsite.
B. Prospective Board Member for Tree Board
Don Ford, Building Official reported that Jamie Fletcher has been appointed to the Tree
Board and will be attending the next meeting. Mr. Ford also reported that Stephanie
Cantania possibly be appointed as well before the next meeting.
5. Old Business
29 Dudley Street
Don Ford, Building Official reported that the he issued a tree removal permit for 29 Dudley
Street due to the last Tree Board meeting being cancelled.

6. Reports and Announcements
Maureen Shaughnessy reported that Bill Permenters' board appointed term will end on January
31, 2005. Ms. Shaughnessy thanked Mr. Permenter for all the hard work he has done for the
'Tree Board.
Meetings
Don Ford, Building Official presented the ordinance in reference to the number of meetings that
should be scheduled each month. There was discussion on the number of meetings that the
board would like to have in the future. Maureen Shaughnessy tabled the discussion until the next
meeting.
7. Adjournment
The meeting was adjourned at 7:30 p.m.
