Ms. Hall stated that Mr. Durante had provided the additional information requested by the board, and she passed out a composite drawing of the property, showing interior/exterior zones, sketch of the proposed structure, 25' upland buffer for the jurisdictional wetlands, proposed location of ingress/egress, and the location of materials staging for construction activities. Mr. McCue noted the close proximity of the wetlands to the structure, and Mr. Durante stated that it was possible that the structure would have to edged in eastward and/or southward, depending on the outcome of fDEP's review of the surveyed wetland lines.
