SUBJECT: Ciry Manag 's Report
Point Reaair of Storm Drain Line in Roval Palms Subdivision; Another portion of the storm
water pipe system in the Royal Palms Subdivision has deteriorated to the point of causing a
sinkhole and will need to be repaired on an emergency basis. This is a 48-inch storm drain pipe
that runs through an easement across private property from Donner Road to Sailfish. Rick
Carper has determined that the best way to repair this pipe will be to have it lined using the
Insituform system. Pricing for this work is based upon a bid from the City of Melborne Florida.
The total cost for this repair will be $34,285.
