B. Extend the annual contracts for environmental laboratory services (RFP OS-6)
far one additional yeaz to Advanced Enviromnental Services, Inc. and
Columbia Analytical Services at the current contract prices, and authorize
staff to use Water Laboratories for bacteriological testing (City Manager).

A. (Public Hearing} Request from Bobby Bhikha for Shivam Atlantic, LLC for
a Use-by-Exception to a11ow development of a new Hampton Inn 8~ Suites
hotel in the Commercial General (CG) Zoning District on an undeveloped site
located at the northwest corner of Atlantic Boulevard and Aquatic Drive (City
Manager)
B• Pabtic bearing to take further public comment and consider topics identified
as "major issues" of importance to the City, which will be specifically
addressed during the Evaluation and Appraisal Report (EAR} process of
reviewing the Comprehensive Plan and authorize transmittal of these issues to
the impartment of Community Affairs (DCA) requesting a Letter of
Unc~rstarrdrrrg ~t DCA concurs that these are the issues on which the EAR
