a. Public hearing to discuss and take comments on the Evaluation and Appraisal Report
(EAR) which assesses the effectiveness of the City's Comprehensive Plan. The
Community Development Boazd will then make a recommendation to the City
Commission regarding adoption of the EAR.
5. Other business not requiring action.
6. Adjournment.

notice and state your opinions, or comments regarding the agenda items may be mailed to the address
contained in this agenda. If a person decides to appeal any decision made by the Community
Development Board with respect to any matter considered at this meeting, he or she will need a
record of the proceedings, and for such purpose, may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the
proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which any appeal is
