Re: August meeting of the City of Atlantic Beach Community Development Board
Dear Mr. Sones:
Please be advised that your application for an amendment to Zoning District classification,
received July 16, 2004, will be considered by the Community Development Board at their
meeting on Tuesday, August 17, 2004 at 7:00 pm. The meeting will be held in the Commission
Chambers located at City Hall. (The Community Development Board will make a
recommendation to the City Commission related to your request, and the application will then be
scheduled for the next available meetings of the City Commission.) For the purposes of required
public notification, the rezoning request is described as follows
REZ-2004-02, Ocean Boulevard Development. Request for a rezoning from
Conservation (CON) to Residential, Single-family (RS-1) for a 7.02-acre parcel
within the Residential, Low Density (RL) Future Land Use category and located
north of 11th Street generally east of Selva Linkside, Unit 1 and west of Selva
Marina, Unit 4. (General location map and full legal description are available
from the Planning and Zoning Department.)
You should be aware that failure to be present at this meeting to represent your application may
