Board Member Review Committee Meeting
June 12, 2008
Call to order
The meeting was called to order by Mayor Pro Tem Mike Borno at 5:00 pm. Those in
attendance included Mayor Pro Tem Mike Borno (Chairman), Recreation Director Timmy
Johnson, Cultural Arts and Recreation Advisory Committee Chair Laurie Melancon, Board
Member Review Committee members Jim Smith and Glen Fisher and City Manager Jim Hanson.
1. Approval of the minutes of the BMRC meeting of March 13, 2008.
Motion: Aparove minutes of the Board Member Review Committee meeting of Marc613.
2008.
Moved by Glen Fisher, seconded by Laurie Melancon
Motion carried unanimously
2. Consider for reappointment two members of the Cultural Arts and Recreation Advisory
Committee whose terms expire on 7/8/2008 including Jolyn Johnson and Ingrid McCawley. The
committee members discussed the attendance of the two members as well as their contributions
in recent events.
Motion; recommend reaaaointment of Jolvn Johnson and Ingrid McCawley for
reaaaointment to another term on the Cultural Arts and Recreation Advisory Committee
Moved by Glen Fisher, seconded by Jim Smith
Motion carried unanimously
3. Other business
There was no other business to discuss.
