IN CITY HALL CONFERENCE ROOM AT 6:00 PM ON THURSDAY, MAY 21, 1998
PRESENT: Suzanne Shaughnessy, Mayor
Richard Beaver, City Commissioners
Mike Borno, City Commissioner
John Meserve, City Commissioner
Theo Mitchelson, City Commissioner
ALSO James Jarboe, City Manager
Alan Jensen, City Attorney
Maureen King, City Clerk
The meeting, which was held for the purpose of discussing pending litigation in which the city was
involved, was called to order at 6:18 PM by Mayor Shaughnessy.
The Mayor convened the meeting to the shade and the City Clerk left the meeting at this time. A
court reporter was in attendance to record the meeting and provide a written transcript of the
proceedings.
Following the shade meeting the meeting convened to the sunshine. There being no further business
to come before the City Commission the Mayor declared the meeting adjourned at 7:21 PM.
