Miscellaneous Business A. Action. on the request of Amy and James (Rusty) Pritchett for a waiver from Section 24-255(a) of the City Code, seeking approval of a lot less than 75 feet in width and less than 7,500 sq. ft. of lot size (City Manager) B. Authorize the Mayor to sign the Interlocal Agreement with the City of Jacksonville for the design, construction and maintenance of Church Road (City Manager) C. Authorize the City Manager to execute a contract in the amount of $12,600, with American Computer Technologies, (ACT) for WEB development services and the installation of the new site on the city's server (City Manager) 9.
