POLICE EMPLOYEES SPECIAL PENSION BOARD MEETING

1. The City of Atlantic Beach Police Emgloyee Snecisel Caged. Penton Board meeting was caEled to
order at 6:00 P.M. Those members in attendance were trustees, Dale Haffield, Sohn Wolfe, Harry
McNally, Vic Gualillo and Bob Sternfeld. Malcolm Clemons was absent. Also in attendance were Nelson
Van Liere, Plan Administrator and Michael O'Shields of UBS.
2. A motion was made by Dale Hatfield to affirm the signhrg of all documens executed in connection. with
the transfer of Consulting Services from Merrill Lynch to UBS includmg the consulting agreement, the
account set-np documents and a supplemental letter on arbitration. Tha mcrtaon was seconded by Harry
McNally. The vote was timanimous to approve.
3. Michael O'Shiekis reported to the board on the fortt~rt of the rtyparts to be givtnt in the fst°re and

begin the institutional review process and begin to consider updating the investn~rt plan.
