AT THE CITY HALL ON TUESDAY, OCTOBER 16, 1973, AT 7:45 P. M.
PRESENT: William S . Howell, Mayor-Commissioner

F. W. Fogg
D. W. Speed, Commissioners
AND R. C. Vogel, City Manager
Oliver C. Ball, City Attorney
Gloria June Knight, City Clerk
ABSENT: L. W. Minton, Jr. , Commissioner
The meeting was called to order by Mayor-Commissioner, Mr. Howell,
and immediately went into session as a Canvassing Board to receive
the Certificate of Results from the Election Officials covering
the General Election of City Officials for Commission Seat No. 4.
Copies of the Certificate of Results of the General Election of
October 16, 1973 were presented to the Board by the Mayor and City
Clerk.
Mayor Howell then read Resolution No. 73-21 accepting the returns
and specifying the elected official . Commissioner Fogg moved for
the adoption of said Resolution No. 73-21, seconded by Commissioner
Rosborough and carried. Whereupon, Mayor Howell declared said
Resolution adopted and the following official duly elected as
indicated.

There being no further business, the Mayor declared t e meting
