Alcohol Deuloyment; The last alcohol deployment was conducted on December 23`d. There
were 14 businesses in Atlantic Beach checked and employees at two of those establishments sold
alcohol to the underage buyer. These included the BP Station at 715 Atlantic Boulevard and the
Ragtime Restaurant. In the past, Ragtime has been checked but has never sold to minors. This is
the second sale for the BP Station in 2009.
Website Statistics; The City's website provider tracks the number of visitors to the site. From
January 1St of 2009 through December 10th, there were over six million "hits". There were
101,135 unique visitors from 99 different countries. The most accessed pages on the website
included the indexes, current events and document archives. Also popular were the listings of
position openings and bids.
Website usage has increased by about 20 percent since 2007 when the number of unique visitors
to our site totaled 83,876.
