install a back flow preventer on the residential water supply located at this location. This should allow
you to release the plumbing permit final and the building permit final.

This letter is to inform you that permit number 08-1362 issued .far work at the above
referenced address has expired on October 1, 2009 in accordance with the Florida
Building Code Section 105.4.1 which states. "Every permit shall become invalid unless
the work authorized by such permit is commenced within six months after its issuance, or
if the work authorized by such permit is suspended or abandoned for a period of six
months after the time the work is commenced." Work is considered abandoned when an
approved inspection is not obtained within asix-month period.
Failure to obtain an approved inspection within the next thirty days will result in this
matter being referred to the Code Enforcement Board which may impose fines of up to
$250 per day for doing work without the proper permits.
