SUBJECT: Follow-up eport
Establishment of Doi Park; At the last meeting, the City Commission deferred acceptance of the
revised easement relating to the dog park because the church had recently had a change in people
approving the easement and it was not ready. A second decision about the fees to be charged was also
deferred pending resolution of a method for "guests" to use the park.
The church is still looking into the easement amendment allowing access to the pond by the public.
Consequently, it is not listed on the agenda of Apri126~' for approval. We feel that we have arrived at a
reasonable accommodation for guests at the dog park and will present the recommendation when the
easement is ready for approval.
