AGENDA ITEM: Annual Contract for Lawn & Pest Control for City Facilities

BACKGROUND: The City's annual contract for Lawn & Pest Control for City
Facilities with Pestmaster Services of Jacksonville expires
5/31/10 (originally 0708-08). We have contacted Mr. Kevin
Minatree, Branch Manager of Pestmaster Services, who has
agreed to extend the contract for another year (6/1/10
through 5/31/11) at the current level of service and unit
prices established with the last renewal.
The City has the option of extending the current contract for
two 1-year periods. This proposed extension would be the
last extension of the original contract.
BUDGET: Each department has budgeted funds in their 3400 account
for pest control service. Annual contract amount is $4450.00.
RECOMMENDATION: Extend the contract for one year at the current level of
service and unit prices.
ATTACHMENTS: Letter signed by Kevin Minatree, Branch Manager of
Pestmaster Services of Jacksonville.
