LEGAL DESCRIPTION: 434 Skate Road a/k/a Lot 17, Block 19, Royal
Palms 2A RE#171560-0000, Atlantic Beach, Florida .
The Code Enforcement Board has heard testimony at the Code
Enforcement Board hearing held the 2nd day of Septemb(-r , 1997,
and based on the evidence, the Code Enforcement Board enters the
following FINDINGS OF FACT, CONCLUSIONS OF LAW,
FINDINGS-OF FACT
San Hung Tong was found to be in violation of Chapter 12, Section
12-1-3 of the Code. The Board voted not to levy a fine, however,
Mr. Tong was assessed $93 .73 administrative costs . If said
property is found to be in non-compliance again, a fine of $100. 00
per day will be levied against said property beginning -the day it
is cited until compliance is reached to the satisfaction of the
Code Enforcement Officer.
CONCLUSIONS QF LAw
There was competent, substantial evidence presented to support a
finding of a violation of THE Ordinance Code as charged.
ORDE
It is the Order of this Board that San Hung-TQ11cr - shall comply
with Paragraph Two, Findings of Fact, as stated above. if WA
does not comply within the time specified, he shall pay a fine of
" per day for each day the violation continues to exist beginning
from the day the property is cited.
if /A- does not comply within the time specified, a certified copy
of this Order, or a Claim of Lien, shall be recorded in the public
records of the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court in and for
Duval County, and once recorded shall constitute a lien against the
property upon which the violation exists, or if you do not own the
land, upon any other real or personal property owned by you,
pursuant to Chapter 162, Florida Statutes .
The Code Enforcement Officer advised the property was in compliance
as of the date of the meeting.
Should a dispute arise concerning compliance, either party may
request a further hearing before the board.
