City ordinance provides for a maximum of four hours for loading and unloading. Your trailer has been stored for several days. Please remove the trailer in the time allotted. I have spoken to you in the past regarding this same matter. You are hereby notified that the conditions above described must be remedied within five (5) days from the date of your receipt hereof or this case will be turned over to the Code Enforcement Board.
