The City Manager requested that I provide you with a copy of the proposed regulations related to the
parking of boats and recreational vehicles on residential lots. Enclosed is a copy of those regulations,
which are consistent with the direction to staff from the Community Development Board and the City
Commission related to this issue.
The Community Development Board will consider all of the proposed changes to the zoning regulations
at its next meeting, which will be in the Commission Chambers at City Hall, on Tuesday, September
18 at 7:00 pm. Dates for public hearings by the City Commission to adopt these regulations have not
