I write to confirm that no obligation, financial or otherwise, remains outstanding related to the
Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funded improvements that were made to your home in
1991. City records indicate that approximately $17,000 of funds were expended for repairs to your
home. In that ten years have passed since the time of this work, there remains no outstanding obligation
related to the CDBG funds.
