The Building and Zoning Departments have received the preliminary site plan you have submitted for
restaurant use at your project, which is currently underway at 60 Ocean Boulevard. While the restaurant
use is a permitted use within the Commercial General districts, required parking must be provided.
Chapter 24 -161 of the City's zoning regulations requires one parking space for each two seats. Please
provide parking calculations for the proposed restaurant use, and also address parking for the entire
project according to all proposed uses, including the terms of the earlier Variance related to parking that
was approved by the Community Development Board.
