Item 7BAGENDA ITEM # 7B JULY 26, 2010 ORDINANCE NO 20-10-104 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE OPERATING BUDGET FOR THE CITY OF ATLANTIC BEACH, FLORIDA FOR FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING OCTOBER 1, 2009 AND ENDING SEPTEMBER 34, 2020 WHEREAS, the City Charter of the City of Atlantic Beach requires that the City Commission approve all budgetary increases and transfers at the fund level, and WHEREAS, the nature of budgetary systems and those day-to-day decisions affecting such budgctary systems require adjustments from time-to-time, and WHEREAS, the City approved acceptance of three FDLE grants, and had initially included those grants in the General Fund budget, and WHEREAS, the recommendation of the grantor's monitoring agent is to separately budget those resourccs in special revenuc funds, and WHEREAS, the City also needs to set up budgets for two new grants, not included in the original Annual Operating Budget, and WHEREAS, the Rotary Club has agreed to donate funds for the installation of lights at the Occanside Rotary Skateboard Park. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE CITY COMMISSION ON BEHALF OF THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF ATLANTIC BEACH, FLORIDA, that; 1.
