On March 28, 1983, the City Commission reviewed your application for
a "Use by Exception" permit to construct mini - warehouses on property
located at the northeast intersection of Atlantic Boulevard and Mayport
Road. The City Commission also reviewed the report of the Advisory
Planning Board.
The City Commission has granted your request for a "Use by Exception"
to construct a mini - warehouse in accordance with the plan presented
to the City.
Please present your site plans and building plans to the office at your
convenience. The plans, of course, will need to be reviewed and approved
by our engineering consultants and the building inspector prior to the
issuance of the building permit.
